## Nature Experiences in the Heart of the Little Belt – Visit Bågø

Do you dream of a break from everyday life in beautiful, peaceful surroundings? On Bågø, you’ll find a true island idyll with sweeping landscapes, small woods, shallow coastal areas, excellent opportunities for recreational fishing and lovely beaches.

The island has just under 30 permanent residents, but in return offers plenty of space, tranquillity and nature as far as the eye can see. Here you can slow down and enjoy an experience close to the sea.

Bågø is beautifully situated in the middle of the Little Belt and is easy to reach via a pleasant 30-minute ferry ride from Assens – an ideal stop on an island-hopping tour of the area, where you can explore several of the islands off Funen.

On the island, you can explore the countryside on foot or by bike, find good fishing spots along the coast, take a dip from the peaceful beaches – or simply enjoy the tranquillity and the views from the birdwatching towers.

There are also plenty of accommodation options, so you can stay a little longer and make the most of the island’s tranquillity and scenic surroundings.

## More than just accommodation

Bågø is a small island in the Little Belt with plenty of nature and tranquillity.

You can walk straight to the coast, follow the island’s footpaths, or cycle around it. Nature is close at hand – and the pace is unhurried.

There is no crowding here – only the sea, birdlife, and excellent fishing opportunities.

Bågø Nature Centre offers 4 holiday rooms, each accommodating up to 4 people.

All rooms include:

- Private bathroom and toilet
- Kitchenette with essential equipment
- Free Wi-Fi

The rooms are rented without bed linen and towels. You are welcome to bring your own, or you can hire them at Baagø Harbour Kiosk, with whom we cooperate.

The rooms are only rented through Bookhus.com.
